With our new Referral Manager, you can easily recommend friends and acquaintances for positions at any location across Germany.
Here's how it works in just a few steps:
1. Register
Scan the QR code or visit the website mitarbeiterwerbenmitarbeiter.de.
Register using your personal email address, and you're all set!
2. Recommend positions
The list displays all the job opportunities you can recommend.
Simply share these positions with your friends and acquaintances via your preferred channels.
3. Receive your reward
Once the person you referred is hired, you will receive an email notification.
That's it! The bonus will be paid in two installments of 50%, after 3 and 6 months of the recruited person's employment with the company
Click on the link / Scan the QR code to register.
- Scan the QR code or visit the website mitarbeiterwerbenmitarbeiter.de and create an account by selecting "Register".
- Important: Please use your personal email address to ensure that your recommendations are properly processed.
- You will then receive a confirmation email from "Referral Manager".
Select jobs
- Under the"Jobs" tab, you'll find all the positions available for recommendation.
- Each job description includes the required qualifications, working conditions, and more. Additionally, you can filter the jobs based on various criteria.
- The following filter options are available:
- Recommendations
- Category
- Company
- Location
- Reward - Important: Please pay attention to the location when making recommendations, as many positions require on-site presence (On-Site).
Forward jobs
- You can share the selected job through the following channel:
- Email
- WhatsApp
- Telegram
- Messenger
- Xing
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Twitter
- Copy link (generates a link that can be shared via any channel)
- The people you recommend will receive an invitation to apply via the link, sent through the channel of your choice.
Follow recommendations
- As soon as someone applies through your referral link, you will receive a confirmation email from the 'Referral Manager' with the applicant's name.
- Important: Individuals you refer have the option to remain anonymous during their application process. In your recommendations overview, these individuals will be listed as 'anonymous'. (This does not affect the payout of the reward.)
- Under the "My Recommendations" tab, you can track the status of all your referrals. The following categories are available
- New
- Hired
- Not hired (The person you referred will be greyed out in this case)
Note: If a referred individual's hiring process does not proceed, their name will be hidden in your overview and displayed as "anonymous"
Receive your reward
- You will receive an email notification once your recommendation is successful. Additionally, you can track the status in the "My Recommendations" overview.
- The bonus is paid in two installments:
- 50% after the referred person has been with the company for 3 months
- 50% after the referred person has been with the company for 6 months - Please note: Active employment with the company at the time of payment is required to receive the bonus.
- Important:
1. The bonus is typically paid out with your next salary.
2. Referrals of former employees who have previously worked at our company will not be eligible for a bonus.
3. Employees of the HR organization as well as Recruiting are excluded from bonus payments.
4. The application must be submitted through the referral manager; otherwise, no bonus will be paid out.
